No problem! Inde is comfortable working with your trusted contractor to assist in the design and supply materials needed for your project. We also work with several builders in the area to select home finishes and installation of our custom cabinetry.
Inde has multiple suppliers with different price points to fit your budget. Your designer will guide you in the direction of what your budget will allow rather than try to upsell you. We offer a range of different types of remodeling projects, see number 5 below.
Inde specializes in full kitchen and bathroom remodels, but we also offer other smaller remodeling services including countertop replacement, flooring installation, closet systems, pantry systems, home office cabinetry, fireplaces, and many other spaces. Call us today with questions!
Wonderful! Inde can start by just ordering flooring for you, or we can offer tear out and installation options with all the pieces required to complete your new flooring from start to finish. We have a wide selection of solid and engineered hardwoods, tile, vinyl click, laminate click, and glue down options.

Bathrooms can typically take about 4-6 weeks, kitchens about 6-8 weeks depending on the scope of the project and material availability.
Our start time will be determined based on material lead times and the time needed for you to work with our design team to make all selection and design decisions. The typical start time is within 2 months after your final contract is signed.
Your builder’s contract includes specific standards for all finishes such as countertops and cabinetry. When you select something more expensive than the standard, the difference in cost is added to your contract. This gives you the flexibility to personalize your home with your budget in mind.
Each builder has a specific set of standards included in your contract- Inde will always discuss and show you what’s included in detail before we show you something more expensive.
You will be shown pricing during your appointments. Your final meeting with your assigned Inde designer will show you comprehensive pricing. You will also see pricing again on your builder’s software program after all selections have been made and signed off.
